Role

We are looking for a Spatial Experience Designer who can translate brand intent into physical environments.

This role sits between architecture, interiors, experience design, storytelling, and build logic. You will help shape how people enter, move, pause, understand, and remember a space.

You should be comfortable thinking beyond layout and mood. At REDSxP™, the space is not only designed to look good. It must communicate, guide, host, sell, teach, or inspire.

What you will work on

Brand centres, experience centres, innovation labs, learning environments, hospitality spaces, retail flagships, and public experience zones.

You will help define spatial journeys, zoning systems, visual references, material direction, presentation decks, and design intent documents that can guide both clients and delivery partners.

What we look for
  • Strong spatial thinking

  • Good sense of proportion, sequence, and atmosphere

  • Ability to work with brand, content, and technology teams

  • Comfort with presentations, references, plans, and 3D thinking

  • Attention to detail across material, light, flow, and user behaviour

  • Ability to explain design decisions clearly
